This Terms of use is an agreement between user and 101 Match Inc.

101 Match Inc. can update/modify these terms without any notification, if the modification does not have deeper effects on the meaning. Other modifications of this agreements will be emailed to the user.

While using services provided by 101 Match Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1 Provided Services

Users can create user profiles (database records) and multimedia files in the system of the provider. These data are visible for other users, 101 Match Inc. and 3rd parties. Users, 101 Match Inc. and 3rd parties can search, filter and load the data.

The Provider supports the communication between the users (e.g. chat, mail, comment, search, contact, evaluate).

2 Obligation

2.1 You are responsible for all your data (e.g. profile data, uploaded photos).

2.2 You use this service only for the purpose to flirt/find/contact/communicate/evaluate partners and evaluate couples.

2.3 You inform us about irregularity in our system without consideration/surcharge, so we can fix them.

2.4 You inform us about copyright violations in our system without consideration/surcharge, so we can fix them.

2 Negative covenants

You warrant and agree that:

4.1 You will not use our system for any unauthorised commercial purposes.

4.2 You will not use our system with the purpose to make money afterwards.

4.3 You will not copy and distribute any data or media files of this service without permission.

4.4 You will not use our system for data mining, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission.

4.5 You will not use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual process, to monitor or copy our pages, multimedia files or content without prior written permission.

4.6 You will not harass other users.

4.7 You will not send in any manner any contact information (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, URLs) to other users through our system.

4.8 You will not post incorrect data (e.g. in your profile).

4.9 You will not post data which contains viruses or other codes which destroy or limit the functionality of hardware or software.

4.10 You will not use our services to do in any form of harassment or illegal behaviour, including any sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, obscene or objectionable content of any kind, nor any unlawful or illegal content, or any material that violates another party’s rights (e.g. intellectual property rights, privacy rights).

4.11 You will not use any system that damages or slows down our systems or creates an unacceptable high server load.

5 Sign up

5.1 You accept these terms, if you sign up/sign in/log in into our system.

5.2 You are older the 18 years and you a exactly one real person.

5.4 If you are a legal body and/or an association of those, you have a prior written agreement with us to you our system.

6 Termination

6.1 On your request we will delete your profile in our databases. You have to sign in first.

6.2 You can cancel a non free membership to the next possible contract date. You have to sign in first.

6.4 We can lock you out from our system, when you have done any violations mentioned in this terms.

6.7 We can delete your data and cancel your membership, when you have canceled or you have not not logged within the last three months.

7 Salaries

7.1 You get no payments and no noncash rewards.

7.2 You will not get any costs or expense for using our system.

8 Payments

8.1 Basic membership is for free for non commercial users. The basic membership is limited in the functionality and usage.

8.2 You can apply for a non free membership by selecting the membership and register the membership within a regular payment process via a third party payment provider.

8.3 In case you activate a recurring billing membership, you hereby authorise us to charge those fees on a recurring basis (within a reasonable time prior to the expiration of your current subscription).

8.4 In case you are a commercial user, the membership fee is 1000 USD per profile and per month. A commercial user means a legal body or association, or just as well a person how uses our system to get any earnings. These fees can be by claimed as a deferred compensation.

9 Copyright infringement and DMCA policy

9.1 If you believe that material located on or linked to by the Site violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify us in accordance with common DMCA policies. We will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.

11 Disclaimer of‘ warranty

11.1 You agree to use our services and all information obtained through or from 101 Match Inc. at your own risk.

11.2 You agree 101 Match Inc. exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content of information passing through 101 Match Inc.’s host computers, network hubs, points of presence, mobile apps or the internet.

11.3 The service provided under this terms are provided on an as is, as available basis.

11.4 101 Match Inc is not responsible for any interruption in service or down time that may occur, whether due to external network disruptions or negligence. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, equipment failure and any and all other service interruptions caused by 101 Match Inc..

11.5 101 Match Inc makes no warranties that the service will be not be error-free or interrupted or that any delivered result from the usa of services is reliable and correct.

11.6 The terms of this section will survive any termination of this agreement.

11.7 Nothing in these agreement should affect the rights of any user or restrict any liability for personal injury or death arising from the negligence of 101 Match Inc..
